our core values
connection
a desire for connection is at the root of us all. it is exactly what you’ll find when working directly with Will or as an attendee in his group workshops. expect hugs, deep conversation, cheesy high-fives., and possibly a made-up-secret handshake.
community
community is as primal as eating and drinking. to be apart of something larger than yourself is to care and have empathy for those closest to you. Community building is always on the agenda, your development as a human depends on it.
courage
as you do something you do everything. Whether it’s saying yes to the unknown, or making a drastic change in lifestyle. These actions take courage and the more you show up like this the more you sharpen your sword.

What People Are Saying
“Will is an amazing teacher. I never thought I would be able to get into the ice! His workshops are full of encouragement and support. He beautifully builds bonding between the group so that it feels like a new little family that go through something extremely special together. The practice has definitely influenced my life in a powerful and positive way and I will continue to further my journey, now no longer afraid of cold water.”

“William’s 3-week course was fantastic in enabling me to become more at one with myself. Learning how to overcome stress and be able to check in through the use of breathing mechanisms. William is an excellent teacher who believes in what he teaches. The small classes were intimate and enabled more one on one time where needed. Very informative course with lots of content and practice material. I would definitely recommend William's course. A great mentor and can't wait to explore more deeply into breathing and the Wim Hof method. Thank you”

“I attended Will’s workshop last week and it was a truly transformative experience!
Will is knowledgable and has a real calming presence. His warm attitude encouraged a friendly and supportive atmosphere among the group.
He was very attentive and ensured he constantly checked on us both during the breathing exercise and at the end in the ice bath. It felt safe pushing boundaries.”

why stress management training is good for you
never too old
stress effects us all at all times of life no matter what age, however, the older we are the more susceptible our bodies are to the negative properties of chronic stress. you are never too old to learn how to make friends with stress so you can turn your life around.
clearer lens through life
habitual stress clouds your judgment, creates havoc on your relationships (with yourself and others) and drags you in the dirt. Stress management provides you with a fresh towel to wipe your lens clean and offers you the tools needed to take a breath.
longevity
studies show that the more capable one is to the management of stress the greater chances of a longer lifespan. just look at the average life span of those in the “blue zones” and the amount of stress they have in their lives (the answer is very minimal)
organic decision making
With a wider gap between what happens to you and your response comes more time to create a decision that’s in service to your life.
more responsive, less reactive
if you are untrained in regular management of stress you are more likely to fall back on habitual reactions to a stimulus as a defence mechanism. Think back to the last time someone cut you off in traffic, how did you react? Could that response be improve?
leadership development
Leadership skills is up there as one of the most sort-after essential skills in the world today. It is impossible to be an effective and inspiring leader if you cannot manage your stress.
