So, what's involved and how is it different from the Fundamentals?
Theory:
In the Fundamentals, we looked at simple principles that make up the method; these included nervous system regulation, hormetic stress, the importance of a fit and robust circulatory system, and how the cold can condition it. In the Advanced workshop, we shall re-cap on what was previously covered as it'll set us up on a fresh new journey into the power of the mind! AND in addition; we will also go into some other underlying principles around the breath and its fundamental importance in living the life you want.
Practical:
Breath: Get ready because this will be the bulk of the day. In the Fundamentals you learned the basic Wim Hof Method breathing technique, remember how powerful that was? That was just the start, as well as revisiting the basic protocol will be also learning and practising the advanced breathing protocol, which is an incredibly effective experience. A few other techniques will also be learned to add to your arsenal.
Cold: In this workshop, we will be pushing our perceived limits. We'll be putting everything we have collectively learned from both the Fundamentals and the Advanced workshop and apply it here. I'm going to leave this part a surprise, but be ready! It's gonna be fun and both physically & mentally challenging!

Please note:
- You must have completed a Fundamentals Workshop in order to join the Advanced Workshop OR has experience with the breathing protocol and had more than one ice bath. What we will be doing is not suitable for beginners. I recommend doing at least three ice baths in the run-up to this workshop. Is not suitable for pregnant women, have a history of cardiovascular disease (seek doctors permission), and have epilepsy or glaucoma.
- The breathing technique is a highly intense practice - if you have a history of anxiety, panic attacks, or chronic asthma then approach with a level of caution.
