Week 1-2

Pattern Mapping.

What You’re Getting

Using specific breathing assessments we will assess the specific patterns your nervous system has adapted to. The specific loops you're running, in the specific way you're running them. We will collect baseline data: HRV, CO2 tolerance, resting heart rate, self-rated metrics to build the map of you! This map reveals the terrain that you’ve been living in.

Week 3-6

Rebuild.

The terrain reveals the cracks, pitfalls and obstacles (behaviours and habits) that are stopping you for being the version of yourself you want to be. We re-map the terrain. Slowly. With repetition. Until the new pattern becomes the default rather than the exception.

Week 7-12

Integration.

We address the conditions that built the original terrain in the first place. We then work in conscious science-backed practices around sleep hygiene, stress-stimulation, recovery, and relationships to integrate the new nervous system into it’s new environment.

What This Program Produces

This is the most recent client outcome from a 5-week check-in. The program is 12 weeks. The client is still in it.
